Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all 245D program operations, ensuring adherence to state licensing requirements and organizational policies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized service plans tailored to each person’s needs, preferences, and goals.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee resource allocation to maximize service delivery efficiency.
- Supervise staff members, including direct oversight of their performance, training needs, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community agencies, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and support continuity of care.
- Oversee documentation processes, including service records, incident reports, and compliance documentation ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead program development initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, expanding community engagement opportunities, and fostering innovative practices in behavioral health support.
Skills
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a social services environment.
- Strong background in program development and implementation within the developmental disabilities or behavioral health sectors.
