Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic TK (Transitional Kindergarten) Lead Teacher to inspire young learners during their crucial early childhood years. As a TK Lead Teacher, you will lead lesson planning, implement curriculum strategies, and collaborate with families and team members to support each child's unique developmental journey. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math and physical education. • Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to toddler care and preschool experience. • Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. • Assess children’s progress through observations and standardized testing to tailor instruction and support early intervention efforts. • Collaborate with colleagues to design lesson plans that integrate child welfare practices and support childhood development milestones. • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and developmental goals. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment aligned with childcare standards and daycare regulations.
