Registered Dental Assistant | Spanish Speaking
We are looking for a dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy Mesquite dental office.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced practice where teamwork, efficiency, and exceptional patient service are essential. We take pride in creating a five-star experience for every patient, and we are looking for an RDA who brings the same level of professionalism and hospitality to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures
- Provide professional chairside support and anticipate the dentist’s needs
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical procedures
- Follow sterilization, infection control, OSHA, and office protocols
- Educate patients on treatment and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families
- Work efficiently while managing a busy patient schedule
- Support the clinical team and contribute to a positive office environment
Requirements
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume dental practice
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities
