RiVidium Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to support DoD programs in the design, maintenance, and improvement of complex systems. This role involves problem-solving, system upgrades, quality control, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess systems, identify problems, and provide solutions to technical challenges.
- Design, upgrade, and maintain systems while identifying potential future improvements.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, management, and IT staff during system creation, implementation, and maintenance.
- Develop control features to ensure systems meet organizational quality standards.
- Conduct quality control procedures to ensure systems are efficient and operational.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to develop cost-effective solutions for projects.
- Education: MS in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. One academic year in a related post-secondary program may substitute for one year of experience. Two years of industry experience may substitute for one year of DoD experience (up to five years credit).
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD programs.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, system design, collaboration, and quality control skills; ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and recommend system improvements.
- Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance.
