RiVidium Inc. is seeking an Access Control Receptionist to support security operations at a federal facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and accountability of personnel and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
Responsibilities
- Perform access control duties including personnel identification, visitor check-in, and badge issuance.
- Conduct 100% verification of all visitor badges and perform package inspections as required.
- Monitor designated security areas and report violations, suspicious activities, or security concerns.
- Maintain an accurate log of all personnel entering and exiting the facility.
- Monitor exit/entry points to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Provide visitor notifications and ensure proper escort procedures when necessary.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in access control operations.
- One year of experience in a similar security or receptionist role.
- Prior service in a military security environment is desirable but not required.
- Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance required.
