RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Budget Analyst to support a federal customer in executing comprehensive financial, budgetary, and program analysis functions. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of DoD financial systems, demonstrate strong analytical abilities, and manage complex financial portfolios across multiple large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Accept, process, and control funds received from customers.
- Research, reconcile, and transfer open reimbursable funds.
- Attend financial meetings and brief leadership on fund status and budget execution.
- Prepare account reconciliations, special financial analyses, and comprehensive budget reports.
- Maintain and manage travel funds.
- Query and extract data from DAI, LMP, and GFEBS to support financial tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update Excel-based financial reports and tracking tools.
- Query databases to identify fund balances, commitments, obligations, disbursements, and support contract reconciliation.
- Enter PWDs into LMP and input commitments/obligations into STANFINS, DAI, LMP, and GFEBS.
- Research and reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Prepare funding documentation and manage/update obligation plans.
- Education:
- MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university OR
- 20 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Field of Study:
- Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience providing budget analysis for multiple large projects.
- Experience with the following financial systems:
- Standard Finance System (STANFINS)
- General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
- Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)
- Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI
