Assistant Marketing Manager
Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership inside a lean, intellectually curious team that's rethinking what modern financial services can look like.
What You'll Do
• Own and optimize CRM workflows, segmentation, reporting, campaigns, and database hygiene within HubSpot
• Build and maintain website pages, landing pages, blogs, and interactive tools in WordPress
• Support social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns that grow the firm's brand and audience
• Create polished presentations, marketing collateral, and light design assets
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and business data using HubSpot, GA4, and other analytics tools
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate processes, improve efficiency, and solve problems creatively
• Partner closely with founders and leadership on strategic marketing, growth, and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
✔ 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or operations
✔ Exposure to financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or investing
✔ Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform
✔ Familiarity with GA4, reporting, or marketing analytics
✔ Comfortable working in WordPress
✔ Excited about AI and eager to incorporate emerging tools into your day-to-day work
✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
✔ Able to commute to Philadelphia three days per week
