About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting HR operations including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits. • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assist in recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing postings, and communicating with candidates.
• Support benefits enrollment, leave of absence tracking, and performance review cycles.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and company events.
• Coordinate compliance reporting and maintain confidential personnel files.
• Partner with department leaders to resolve employee-related issues and support HR best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a mid-sized corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP or Paycom a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
