YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES MANAGER
This position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with very occasional weekend or evening events.
This is not an account maintenance role. It's an opportunity for someone who's motivated to build, win, and make a real impact. In this position, you'll take full ownership of your market segments with the autonomy to grow them your way, while confidently prospecting, pitching, and closing new business without the need for hand-holding. You'll build genuine, lasting client relationships that drive repeat revenue and long-term partnerships, all while managing a clean, organized pipeline and actually enjoying the process of moving deals forward. Working closely with operations, you'll help deliver seamless client experiences from the first conversation through execution.
