Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for direct clinical care including assessments, medication management, medication administration, treatment planning 
         and coordination of care for consumers with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders

·        Provides education on medication, wellness and health issues to consumers, providers, family members and staff

 

Qualifications:

·        Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Nurse Practitioner

·        Three or more years’ experience as a nurse working with children with mental illness, substance use, intellectual or developmental 
         disabilities 

·        Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and  
         work independently
