What You’ll Do
- Build and manage integrated project schedules for renewable energy initiatives
- Track progress, analyze data, and identify project risks before they occur
- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Support financial and operational forecasting to keep projects efficient and cost-effective
- Provide detailed reports and schedule insights to stakeholders

Job Skills

- Project controls, cost loading, resource leveling, risk analysis
- Forecasting, critical path analysis, earned value management
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

- Data analysis, reporting, and visualization (Power BI preferred)
Job Education
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple renewable energy projects
- Coordinate construction, procurement, and engineering timelines
- Analyze schedule performance and identify risks or pinch points
- Support project managers with forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking
- Manage schedule updates, change orders, and contractor coordination
- Develop scheduling tools, templates, and lessons learned for future projects
- Travel periodically to project sites to validate progress
Job Requirements
- 8 years of scheduling experience in construction, utilities, or power generation
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with project controls, cost management, and performance reporting
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Job Experience
- Background in owner/EPC environments in the power or utility industry
- Experience managing full lifecycle schedules
- Exposure to ERP or project/construction management systems
- Preferred: Power BI or 3D modeling familiarity
