About the Role
We are seeking a Project Scheduler with working knowledge of Primavera P6 to support an active construction project. This role will focus on maintaining and updating project schedules, coordinating with the project team, and supporting overall schedule tracking.
This is a project-based contract position expected to last 1–2 years, with the potential for continued work on future projects based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Assist in building and modifying schedules based on project needs
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to gather schedule updates
- Track progress and ensure schedules reflect actual field conditions
- Identify schedule impacts and support ongoing project coordination
- Assist with schedule reporting and general project controls support
Qualifications
- Working experience with Primavera P6
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or project scheduling preferred
- Basic understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling concepts
- Ability to work with project teams and communicate updates clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to schedule updates, reporting, or project coordination
- Familiarity with CPM scheduling concepts
Compensation
- $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
- Full-time hours expected
