Duties
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Ensure food safety management protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards
- Assist with food delivery from the kitchen to tables or take-out orders, ensuring timely service
- Support team members during busy periods by managing seating arrangements and guest inquiries
- Follow all food safety practices and sanitation procedures to create a safe environment for both guests and staff
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation procedures
