Depot House is looking for friendly, experienced, energetic, and hospitality driven Servers to join our Front of House team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing restaurant in the Catskills, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant offerings
- Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean, organized, and inviting
- Process payments accurately and responsibly
- Work closely with kitchen and fellow team members to provide seamless service
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return
Qualifications
- Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
