We hire experienced professionals for roles in landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow operations, and field leadership and we are looking for a Landscape Enhancement Foreman to join our team.
PAY RANGE:
Up to $33/hour, pay range is based on experience
SHIFT:
This is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Landscape Enhancement Foreman, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces for our clients. The perfect candidate leads a construction crew in installing outdoor living features like paver patios, retaining walls, and walkways while ensuring projects are completed on time, and up to quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can safely operate equipment
- Can maintain equipment
- Experience managing landscape and hardscape installations
- Experience managing enhancement and maintenance crews
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep understanding of enhancement materials
- Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a crew efficiently
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs., bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Effective, professional communications with clients and team members
- Prefer snowplow experience
- Prefer a year-round employee
- Prefer an individual who is Bilingual in Spanish
