Rivertop Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to help homeowners navigate storm restoration and roof replacements. We offer training, support, and a strong path for advancement.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- Hospitality (servers, Bartenders, hotel staff)
- Fitness, gym, coaching roles
- Team-based or competitive environments (athletics, military, disciplined work settings)
- Customer-facing sales experience (real estate, automotive, insurance)
- Door to door, Canvassing, or Outside Sales (roofing, solar, pest control, lawn care, cable/utility services)
- Construction or big-box retail (Lowe’s, Home Depot)
- Customer service, client support, or salon/spa roles
- Military or Law Enforcement (MIL & LEO)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct neighborhood lead generation through door knocking, networking, and digital marketing
- Perform on-site property inspections and document project details
- Present damage assessments and roofing solutions
- Support customers through their insurance restoration process
- Attend daily team check-ins and training at our Plano office

Qualifications
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Spanish speakers welcome
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to safely and confidently handle ladders and climb up and down roofs
- Willingness to learn our process through ongoing in-person training sessions

We serve the DFW metro from our Plano office, and this role includes in-person meetings and active field engagement. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to obtain the required permits for this position.
