Riverton CC HR Director Job Summary
The HR Director is responsible for leading the RCC HR planning, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and employee relations of the RCC. This role, in partnership with management, ensures legal compliance and the implementation of RCCs mission, talent strategy, policies, benefits and employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new RCC staff.
- Overseeing the daily workflow of human resources.
- In partnership with management, ensuring leaders are equipped to advance the club goals, provide feedback to leadership and ensure the culture of the club.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and BoD to understand RCC goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute RCCs human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR compliance and strategy needs.
- Lead process design and provide guidance support for execution of HR programs, including compensation practices, benefits, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute the best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including reviewing reports and metrics from available HR information systems (HRIS) or talent management systems.
- Monitor and ensure the RCCs compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the RCC attracts and retains top talent.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee and conduct employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes to upper management.
- Develop and implement departmental HR budgets.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least five years of human resource management experience required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

· 95% at Riverton CC clubhouse with occasional remote support
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each of RCCs physical facilities in its complex
Anticipated Salary Range
· $80k to $120k depending on level of experience
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
