We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of swimming pools, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Repair and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, repairs needed, and any additional services offered.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
