We currently have three high quality, experienced professionals and we're looking to add a new, or experienced maintenance pro to our team. Just so you know, I never just hire anybody to fill a spot - You must present well, be an absolute professional with our customers, and deliver a high quality, consistent product. While we're still a small team and the market barely knows we exist, we have grown significantly over the last two years and are creating a reputation that does the talking for us. Brief job description:
Upon successful training and orientation you will be responsible for a company truck that you take home each day (dependent on how close you live to our Franklin location). You will drive to customer locations and perform a required set of service requirements and document everything on an app that will be downloaded to your phone. Overall, we test and safely add chemicals, clean pools out for homeowners and tenants to enjoy, and perform light repairs and other maintenance items (while on route). So you have to be at least a little bit handy. But not quite bob the builder.
Paid week off for Christmas.

Sales bonuses if you meet and convert new customers while in the field.
Monthly phone stipend of $40/month.
Seasonal Bonuses available based on performance.
