Summary
The Maintenance Support Specialist (MSS) is responsible for processing weekly reports and communicating findings to Maintenance Support Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Monitoring emails and faxes frequently and handling accordingly based on priority
- Processing and reviewing daily invoices for discrepancies, duplicates and unauthorized charges and disputing as necessary
- Responsible for monitoring specified accounts on a daily basis
- Evaluates road calls and works with Breakdown agents for accuracy in documentation
- Contacts vendors for invoices, DOT forms or any other paperwork needed before issuing payment
- Communicates with the vendor in a timely manner for any issues, questions or concerns
- Responsible for the weekly Comcheck report to verify all documentation has been received on outgoing payments
- Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Support Supervisor

Education and/or Experience
Two year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
