Position Type: Full -Time, Temporary for 6 months w/ potential for hireDescription: Ontario company is seeking long-term temporary support in the accounting department. Position assists with the day -to-day aspects of Accounts Receivable. This position provides clerical services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate applications of payments to customers’ accounts.Position Requires: Associate’s degree in accounting or higher is preferred. Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures. Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping preferred. Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computer, 10-key calculator, phone and copier. Solid PC skills. Computer literacy sufficient to operate spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
