We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary duties will include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast items including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Buss tables and assist in clearing dishes promptly to maintain a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as host/host, server, or barista.
- Kitchen experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is beneficial.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
