What You’ll Be Doing (High Level)
- Completing comprehensive initial and ongoing hospice assessments
- Developing, implementing, and revising individualized plans of care
- Managing symptoms and providing palliative nursing interventions
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Counseling and educating patients and families
- Coordinating services and ensuring necessary equipment/resources
- Supervising hospice aides and collaborating with ancillary personnel
- Participating in on-call rotation as defined by policy
- Contributing to quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives

What You’ll Need
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum two years nursing experience (hospice, home care, or public health preferred)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize independently
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
