Essential Duties
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process position requisitions, review applications and resumes, and manage internal job transfers.
- Utilize the ATS to track applicant progress and maintain up-to-date records and statistics.
- Communicate with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, including sending follow-up emails, scheduling interviews, and maintaining timely correspondence to enhance the candidate experience.
- Administer pre-employment testing as required, check references, and verify all necessary licenses and certifications.
- Manage the criminal background check process and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Place job advertisements in newspapers, college placement offices, professional newsletters, online job boards, and other sources as appropriate.
- Attend recruitment fairs and partner with departmental representatives to attract and engage candidates.
- Participate in developing creative strategies to source and recruit candidates for current and for future workforce needs through work with leadership with creating pipelines..
- Coordinate and schedule lab work and orientation for new hires.
- File employee records in personnel files and manage documentation to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Utilize the ATS to generate recruitment reports, track key metrics, and analyze data to inform and improve recruitment and retention strategies, and to support organizational staffing goals.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned, and continuously seek opportunities to automate and improve the employment function using current technology, benchmarking, and evidence-based practices.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
- Two years of human resources experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS and previous experience in a healthcare HR environment preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field required.
- AIRS or other recruiter/sourcer certification preferred.
- SHRM, AIHR, or HRCI certifications helpful.
- Masters degree preferred.
