Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest service and answering any initial questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Check IDs to ensure that guests are the required 21 years or older in order to consume alcohol and receive a wristband
• Support bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar area
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring the bar is organized and inviting at all times
• Handle phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information or directing calls as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all areas of the venue
• Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service operations, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host or a role where you were required to check guest IDs to ensure they are old enough to consume alcohol
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
• Familiarity with POS systems such as GoTab POS or Clover POS is a plus
• Experience in hospitality environments like hotels or restaurants is required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent guest relations skills, including friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Willingness to learn about beverage service standards and assist bartenders as needed

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
