Available Full-time hours are:
- Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm (Sunday 7-3 is also available)
- Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm (Saturday 7-3 is also available)
Available Part-time hours are:
- Monday –Thursday 3pm-11pm; Saturday and Sundays 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. (Must work at least 1-weekend shift)
Sign-on Bonus! $600/Full-Time $300/Part-Time after 6 months in good standing!
The successful entry-level applicant must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, be able to pass a criminal background check, have good attendance, a valid Illinois driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Riverside Foundation has entry-level, full-time and part-time positions available for CNAs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The successful applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check. Good attendance, a valid Illinois driver's license, and a clean driving record are also required.
Duties include:
· Implement training programs
· Provide assistance to clients in areas of need
· Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
· When assigned, attend interdisciplinary Team meetings, and provide relevant information on client status in training programs and areas of need
· Monitor and supervise clients to ensure safety and well-being
· Communicate clients’ needs to the QIDP
· When assigned, drive and supervise clients on community outings
· Encourage client participation in the greater community
· Provide intervention for client maladaptive behaviors as trained and assigned
