What You’ll Do (AKA Where You’ll Shine)Be the Trusted Resource
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and medical practices
- Help members navigate resources, benefits, and solutions with confidence
- Connect members to the right support (including California Medical Association and external partners)
- Follow through because great service is in the details
- Spot trends in member needs and help shape smarter strategies
Build Relationships That Last
- Engage with physicians through outreach, check-ins, and practice visits
- Support onboarding and create a strong first impression for new members
- Reconnect with prospective and at-risk members to strengthen retention
- Bring the value of membership to life through meaningful interactions
Bring Programs to Life
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and events members actually want to attend
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver great content
- Keep programs organized, engaging, and running smoothly
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve the experience
Create Communications That Connect
- Help develop newsletters, emails, and event promotions
- Turn member needs into messaging that resonates
- Ensure everything we share reflects RCMA’s voice and mission
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, membership organizations, program coordination, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with physicians or medical practices is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A natural ability to problem-solve and connect people to the right resources
- Excellent organization skills (you can juggle without dropping the ball)
- Comfort with outreach, presentations, and engaging with diverse groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms
Some College , Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment
- Office-based with regular computer and phone use
- Occasional travel within Riverside County for visits and events
- Some early mornings or evenings for programs (we promise they’re worth it)
