What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Help customers select the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, informative manner
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, options, and pricing
- Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and according to dealership policies
- Maintain CRM notes and follow up on leads
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, motivated, “can-do” attitude
- Automotive sales experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Valid NC driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
