Automotive Custodian - 2nd Shift - Full Time

Job Summary:

Riverside Auto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the dealership including floors, restrooms, lounge, and kitchen. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an eye for detail to ensure all spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming. This position is Monday through Friday 3 pm - 11 pm.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
• Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings including offices, retail spaces, and public areas.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques.
• Proficiency in floor care methods including buffing and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks effectively.
• Experience in commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
