Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting and test-driving vehicles to ensure they get the vehicle of their choice.
- Educate customers about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Negotiate prices, financing terms, and trade-in values with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Enthusiastic with high energy
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Sales Experience helpful
