Responsibilities:
- Operate various floor care equipment skillfully and maintain equipment in good working
- Use chemicals appropriately, following guidelines for dispensing, labeling, and handling.
- Handle biohazard calls, clean mirrors, doors, office areas, public spaces, break areas,
- Display a positive attitude and enthusiasm in daily tasks, maintaining a professional
- Interact with guests courteously, offering assistance and displaying excellent customer
- Communicate responsibly and effectively via radio for service calls and interactions with
- Work in both smoking and nonsmoking areas, ensuring cleanliness in all designated
- Maintain constant awareness of safety protocols, promptly reporting accidents and
- Adhere to company, department, and regulatory policies and procedures.
