- A Supervisor Slot Operations may fill the role of a Dual-Rate Slot Operations Shift Manager in the absence of a Shift Manager Slot Operations and will not perform their normal duties in the same day.
- When assigned, supervises and manages Slot Attendants, Slots Attendants – Senior and Slot Attendants – Secondary assisting with guest interactions and transactions as needed.
- Assists Slot Attendants as needed with the payment of slot machine jackpots and machine malfunctions.
- Notifies Slot Technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.
- Provides feedback to management.
- Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards.
- Writes and submits shift and other reports required to document shift activity.
- Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
- Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
- Manages Slot Technical staff in conjunction with, and in the absence of, Slot Technical Management Staff.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years’ casino related experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate staff through a teamwork approach.
- Inherent leadership skills that include delegating as needed.
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
- Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
