RiverReach Construction is an environmental excavation company with an opening for an experienced Operator to join our team.We are a specialty contractor that focuses on river & wetland restoration, dam removal and bank stabilization projects. If you are looking for interesting, challenging work, and something different every day, come join our team!Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in the below heavy equipmentAbility to read and interpret construction plan setsAbility to operate the following heavy equipment:ExcavatorDozerFront End LoaderCDL is desired but not a requirementValid driver’s license and work history required.Ability to perform physical requirements of the job and work in weather conditions and elements. Ability to work overtime with occasional out of town travel. Must be dependable, self-starter, and have excellent communication skills.Pay/Benefits:Compensation package of $100,000 to $120,000 average per year based on experience (potential pay negotiation for the right candidate), we offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
