As a Resident Driver, you will provide safe, courteous transportation for residents and staff both on and off the Mead and Village campuses. You will also assist with general service tasks that support the daily life and well-being of our residents. This is a per diem/casual position, offering flexibility to pick up shifts based on your availability.

As a Resident Driver, you will provide safe, courteous transportation for residents and staff both on and off the Mead and Village campuses. You will also assist with general service tasks that support the daily life and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities
- Transport residents and staff both on and off campus, including downtown Peterborough and other local shopping, service, and appointment locations
- Operate and check department technology, including iPads, Bluetooth-enabled devices, and navigation tools
- Consistently maintain accurate transportation logs
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols, including wheelchair transport procedures
- Promptly report any resident or vehicle safety concerns to the Director or Assistant Director of Resident Services
- Clear snow and ice from vehicles as needed
- Deliver packages, internal mail, and memos between campuses and resident areas
- Support training of new or current staff on vehicle operation and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of RiverMead’s Mission and Values
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Appropriate experience to perform the role effectively
- Valid NH State Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- CPR certification preferred
