- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Chef
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or catering environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with menu planning and execution in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Understanding of food safety practices and standards
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification in food handling is a plus
