Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and supporting the culinary team as needed
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Keep dishwashing stations organized and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and efficient service flow during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
