JOB DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Care Plans
- Assists the attending physician
- Transcribes, documents, and implements physician's orders
- contacts the resident's physician and family
- Responsible for completing requires routine documentation
- assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- CPR/BLS Certified
- 1 years experience in sub-acute and geriatrics settings preferred
- Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, including the administration of medications
