Job Summary
The employee is expected to work under the direct supervision of the principal to teach Special Education students at the elementary level. The employee will be expected to provide an educational program for students with disabilities.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, Education Specialist Credential - Mild/Moderate Credential and an English Learner Authorization. Credential-eligible candidates will also be considered, provided they are able to obtain the required California Education-Specialist Mild/Moderate Teaching Credential within the timeline established by the District and the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
District application fully completed; placement file or 3 letters of recommendation; transcripts; credential, resume providing experience, philosophy, achievement, etc.
