**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cook/Dietary Aide to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving appealing and nutritious meals while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This role is essential to ensuring the health and well-being of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and nutrition standards.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting food options and ideas.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Set up dining areas and deliver meals to clients in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces as required.
- Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies.
- Collaborate with the dietary team and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to quickly resolve any issues related to meals or service.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide in a healthcare, hospitality, or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus.
