Lead Installer

We’re hiring a Lead Installer with strong experience installing high-end residential cabinetry and architectural millwork.

We’re looking for someone who can walk onto a jobsite, understand the standard, and execute clean, high-level work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Installing custom cabinetry, built-ins, panels, trim, hardware, and millwork
Reading plans/shop drawings and executing installs accurately
Leading installs on site and maintaining a professional presence with clients/builders
Problem-solving in the field while protecting finish quality
Managing punch work and final fit/finish details
Coordinating with project managers and shop team as needed
Maintaining clean, organized, high-standard jobsite execution

Ideal candidate has:

Proven experience installing high-end residential cabinetry/millwork
Strong finish carpentry and cabinet installation skills
Ability to read and work from plans and shop drawings
Clean problem-solving skills in the field
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to lead jobs and work independently
Professional communication and strong jobsite awareness
