What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Support position at Riverbend Center for Mental Health?
Selected individual will provide clerical support in an outpatient clinic enrironment. Position involves working with an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Individual will assist in scheduling of appointments, cancellations and re-scheduling, maintaining and verficiation of clinician appointments, consumer check-in, updates to consumer information, obtaining and updating demographic information as well as insurance information, obtaining co-payments, and providing additional support to the clinical staff as needed. Individual must be knowledgable in working with an electronic medical record system. Must have strong computer skills as well as customer services skills. Individual must be able to function in fast-paced environment with the ability to handle stressful and emergent situations as needed.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
