LACOSTA is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team in Corinth, MS. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with weekly pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to start quickly.
Job Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 7:30AM–4:00PM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
- $18/hr
Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring raw material levels, and supporting warehouse and production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all raw materials
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and assigned areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Address inventory and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent LACOSTA in a professional, reliable, and integrity-based manner at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Actively participate in complete and accurate shift-change communications
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and leadership teams Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- MUST be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Must wear required PPE (LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots, long pants, safety gear)
- Remove all jewelry and accessories while on the floor
- Smoke-free facility
