FOOD SERVICE CLERK
JOB SUMMARY
Food Service Clerk, will under direct supervision of the Site Principal and Food Service Manager, perform routine clerical duties as related to food service and general office functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and Application of:
General office skills, basic record keeping, and basic computer functions
Ability to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:
May include, but are not limited to:
1.Collect and help scan meal program cards.
2.Separate cards by teacher and student and return to cardholder cart.
3.Repair old cards or replace new cards for old or lost ones.
4.Run end of day reports and match up with number called in to food service.
5.Count milk money and enter milks sold.
6.Assist in collecting meal money from students in the morning and record into system.
7.Assist with free meal forms as needed.
8.Prepare charge slips notifications for parents as needed, and report charge information to office staff.
9.Prepare and maintain a variety of records, logs, and files including information; maintain confidentiality of information and records.
10.Perform related duties as assigned.
Experience/Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience or formal training equal to one (1) year experience in general office setting, preferably in the educational field.
Conditions of Employment:
Type 40 words (net) per minute from clear copy.
