As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our courtroom team and grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and related proceedings
- Conduct and defend depositions; manage discovery processes
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout their cases, providing timely updates and compassionate communication
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Texas State Bar license (required)
- 0–2 years of litigation experience — new attorneys with strong internship or clerkship backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Spanish fluency is a plus and highly valued given our client community
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a close-knit legal team
