The Rivera Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic receptionist/legal assistant. This is an entry-level position. Thus, prior experience in the legal field is not required. Customer service experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors as they arrive at the office
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
- Providing administrative support for attorney
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
- Case/client data entry
- Maintaining the waiting area and front lobby
- Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages
- Organizing and maintaining claim files
- Performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and shredding
Preferred skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well independently and in a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Multi-tasking and time-management
Compensation depends on experience. A bilingual receptionist is preferred but not required.
