Our client is a well-established, industrial manufacturer with decades of operational excellence - with a stellar track record of performance, and billions of dollars in cash on their balance sheet.
Therefore, we are urgently and actively looking for a General Manager with full P&L responsibility reporting to the president of the company. Our client is aggressively looking to grow - giving you the opportunity to grow alongside it, with opportunities to lead larger businesses or oversee multiple teams simultaneously.
This role has direct responsibility for operations, marketing and product development, including topline sales and of course, full P&L.
We are seeking a leader who can deliver clarity and results from day one, working with, “not for” the president. The president of the company expects autonomy from the selected leader. Autonomy is a must!!!
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a non-union workforce of ~150 – 200 employees, including:
- 2 Plant Managers
- VP Product Development
- Product Manager
- And working hand in hand with an owned operation in Southeast Asia
- Drive operational excellence across efficiency, conversion cost, quality, and profitability
- Oversee new product development and commercialization strategies
- Serve as a key member in shaping long-term growth strategies
- Travel up to 30-40%

- Proven leadership in engineering, product development, and operations
- Expertise in P&L within industrial, building products, or adjacent manufacturing sectors
- Comfortable stepping into ambiguous, urgent, or complex operating environments
- Track record of driving results in growth environments, with a strong sense of urgency and a low-cost mentality
💼 Engagement & Placement Details:
- Type: Full-Time | On-Site
- Location: United States – Northeast Arkansas
- Compensation Range: Typically $150,000 – $200,000/year Base 20% Bonus Equity Opportunities with Preferred Stock and Options = TOTAL COMPENSATON of $300,000 annually.
