We’re looking for a Sales Manager to step in and lead our Eau Claire team!
We have the office, the systems, and the opportunity in place—we just need the right person to take ownership of the sales side and keep things moving forward.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be in the field closing deals, working with reps, and making sure our 10-step in-home sales process is followed and executed the right way.
What we’re looking for:
Direct In Home experience is required
Someone who understands a structured sales process and can hold a team to it
A leader who’s comfortable jumping in and setting the pace
Competitive, accountable, and self-driven
What you’ll be doing:
Leading from the front in the home
Coaching and developing the sales team
Keeping performance consistent and improving results
Taking ownership of the Eau Claire market
What you’ll get:
