At River Valley Power & Sport, we're looking for people who genuinely love the powersports lifestyle. Maybe you're riding every weekend. Maybe you're always in the garage working on your machine. Maybe you're the one explaining the differences between a Can-Am and a Polaris around the campfire.

You don't need years of dealership sales experience.

You need enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and the ability to connect with people. We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Sell

You'll help customers find the right machine for the way they ride, representing some of the biggest names in the industry:

• Can-Am
• Polaris
• Honda
• Yamaha
• Suzuki
• Sea-Doo
• Ski-Doo
• Slingshot
• Spyder

What We Offer

• $5,000 per month guaranteed during your first 3 months while you learn
• After training, earn a $3,000 monthly base plus performance incentives
• Typical annual earnings of $75,000-$150,000
• Full-time, year-round career

What You'll Do

• Help customers choose the right machine for their lifestyle
• Build relationships that create repeat and referral business
• Learn our products inside and out
• Follow up with customers throughout the buying process
• Create your own opportunities through networking and community involvement
• Use social media platforms to showcase inventory, connect with customers, and build your personal brand—we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed
• Stay current on new models, accessories, and industry trends
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through delivery

What We're Looking For

• Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle
• Friendly, confident, and easy to talk to
• Ambitious, competitive, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work hard
• Comfortable using—or excited to learn how to use—social media to build relationships, promote inventory, and grow your customer base
• Valid driver's license

Experience in powersports, automotive, RV, marine, retail, customer service, hospitality, construction, landscaping, equipment rental, or parts departments is helpful—but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round
• Monday-Friday
• Saturdays with a weekday off
