Collaborating with store management to ensure proper product placement and adherence to store standards.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandisers to service locations in Northern Virginia and 1 DC location. The ideal candidate can work independently and is initiative-taking. Pays attention to detail ensuring that products are displayed properly and that inventory levels are maintained while filling in for the store rep. This job is 80% M-F.
Duties
- Breaking down the delivery and getting the product to the shelf.
- Handling credits and damages.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain a clean and organized merchandising and back stock area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record is necessary.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
