River Valley Cooperative is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Feed Mill Management team. We are looking for safety-minded people who are collaborative team players, and are ready and excited to make a difference.
This role will manage the assigned facilities and equipment to efficiently and accurately manufacture and deliver products and services for the Cooperative’s patrons.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain all assigned sites for safe operations at all times to meet the State, Federal and River Valley Cooperative requirements.
- Manages location compliance with RVC and customer Bio-Security procedures and requirements, support the HACCP Coordinator efforts and enforce the RVC Food Safety Plan rules with all assigned.
- Includes assisting or individually completing the receiving, manufacture, loading, transporting, unloading, housekeeping, sweeping, cleaning, sampling/submissions, documentation, log keeping, and maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and products, assigned.
- Responsible for managing location product inventory to assure customer service and maximize return on facilities, equipment, and delivery units while maintaining inventory, service quality, and product quality.
- Use the software systems to enter orders and/or bill accounts for products and services received.
- Provide input to Feed operations Manager or Operations V.P. on needed repairs and maintenance of assigned location facilities and equipment.
- Schedule and direct full time and part time employees to maximize employee efficiencies, will verify weekly timesheets and perform annual employee reviews for workgroup assigned.
- Coordinate with the dispatcher on daily delivery needs.
- Complete daily production and projects, complete assigned weekly/monthly/annual reports for location and employees assigned.

What you’ll bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ag retail or feed business experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required.
- Valid Driver's License Required. Class A CDL preferred.
Working Conditions:
May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, and moving machinery on occasion as part of this position.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
